UPK's SmartHelp function provides a way of providing 'context-sensitive help' for web-based applications (much as UPK does for Targeted Applications).
SmartHelp must be installed on the PC on which the browser is running. This is done by running the smarthelpsetup.exe utility, which is available in the main install directory of UPK. This installs a plug-in that adds a couple of buttons to the browser toolbar. One of these is used to set the user's options, and the other is used to pull up the help. (This is to be verified.)
As of UPK 184.108.40.206, SmartHelp only works for Internet Explorer and Firefox.
